Hindi is National language and symbol
of Unity in Diversity of India. So, it plays an
important role in student’s life being the citizen of
India.
The department of Hindi was established along with the
inception of college (1971). Prior to NEP2020, it was
general subject in B.A. syllabus. In accordance with the
recommendations of NEP 2020, it is offered as Minor
subject. The department strives to enhance student’s
competency in Hindi through various extra and
co-curricular activities.
