DEPARTMENT
Greetings from the Department of Computer Science.

The department of
Computer Science was established in the year 2010on
self-financing basis and mainly awarding degrees like
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. The program is
focused on programming languages, data structures,
algorithms, and software design (The structure and
syllabi designed by BoS Computer Sci.). Besides this
programme, the department also started offering
three-year Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)course
from the year 2023.
It caters to students with specific interests in
computer science and information technology. The course
creates highly skilled, adaptable graduates who are able
to design computer-based solutions to address
information management and processing complications in
industry, science, entertainment and the public sector.
Well-equipped and networked laboratory is established
with adequate infrastructural facilities as per need and
latest development in the field like Computer Science
and Information Technology. The faculty members are
actively involved in teaching, learning.
Department emphasize on co-curricular activities for the
students through arranging field visits, excursion
tours, quiz competition etc. |
